REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, Calisota Suds does not accept returns or exchanges.

We truly care about every customer and every order. If something isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to email us at calisotasuds@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to make it right and ensure you’re delighted with your purchase.

We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis (i.e., if a product arrives damaged or is defective). In order to apply for a refund, please reach out to us at calisotasuds@gamil.com within 15 days of purchase. If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for refunds, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Calisota Suds.
