Thank you for supporting my small, handcrafted soap and bath business! I take pride in making each product by hand and ensuring it arrives to you in perfect condition.
Shipping Locations
I currently ship within the United States only. At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed by Calisota Suds.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer First Class 1–2-day shipping and Standard 5–7-day shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Because my soaps and bath products are made with natural oils and butters, extreme heat may cause slight melting or softening during transit. This does not affect product quality. Please bring packages inside promptly after delivery.
Delays & Lost Packages
Calisota Suds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your package is lost in transit and does not show as delivered, please reach out to me at calisotasuds@gmail.com, and I will work with you to find a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee
Due to the nature of our products, Calisota Suds does not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at calisotasuds@gmail.com.
